Mindfulness in Nature: Place, Space, Time

Many of us are familiar with the works of great nature writers and how they inspire us to consider our relationship with the natural world. Poet Mary Oliver and naturalist Henry David Thoreau’s writings have guided our mindful explorations, especially in our Unitarian Universalist communities.
