Liminal times, transition times, borderland times can be times of great creativity. So much of our lives these past few months have been lived in the space between what was and what is yet to be. This is also true of the time in the life of a congregation when a minister takes a sabbatical or during an interim ministry. How do we live in the spaces between so that we allow them to be a rich and creative time?
